with most airlines you can fly up until 4 weeks before your due date for domestic flights and 6 weeks before your due date for international flights or flights over large bodies of water. If there is a need to fly later than that, the woman must have a written explanation from her doctor and must have had a full examination and be cleared to fly (no effacement, no dilation, etc.) within 72 prior to the flight. your wife will be pushing it, but may still be able to be cleared to fly depending on when in July she's planning on leaving. Even if she is allowed to fly, remember that a long trip in a tiny seat where you have to climb over five people just so you can try to squeeze your giant belly into that itty bitty bathroom is going to be very uncomfortable for her, so only fly if necessary and get up and walk often to prevent blood clots

It depends on the airline.
Some will let women fly up to the end of their 36th week - e.g. British Airways and Easy Jet.
Others only up until end of the 32nd week.
Any airline will say on their website. Just do a search on 'pregnant'.
But a doctors letter stating she is fit to fly is needed after week 28 usually.
I flew when I was 30 weeks and no one even asked me for a letter. I did a 12 hour flight and it was fine. My main problem was that I couldn't reach the stuff down by my feet!
Domestic flights are best after 32 weeks because it's hard to get travel insurance after that.

She should be fine she will at the most be 29 weeks. But you should always check with your Doctor. She could have high blood pressure and then should definitely not fly. Planes do sometimes have a max amount of weeks that you can be to fly but that is usually in the mid 30 week area.

My doctor told me 36 weeks, however it may be a little different depending on the doctor, as well as the patient. I traveled at 33 weeks pregnant, but went ahead and got a letter from my doctor to show the airline attendent just in case they wouldn't let me fly. I was pretty big at 33 weeks, so I wanted to make sure I didn't get hassled at the airport. :)

The best time to fly is between 14 - 28 weeks gestation. So that's up till her 7th month of pregnancy.

You'll need to check with the airline you plan to fly on. Most require a doctor's note if she is in her third trimester, and even then I've heard of airline's denying women who are pregnant.

Dr's say that you can't fly in your last trimester which starts at 28 weeks. Most airlines won't let you fly either.

Most doctors agree that for sure not in the third trimester.
Only her doctor can determine any other qualifications - her age, her pregnancy risks, her health history, etc. all factor in, this really isn't a question that someone online can accurately reply to, there's a lot of personal history that determines this.
