If he is stuck then you need to get help getting him out and then keep the door lock or make it so he can not get in there because you obviously don't pay enough attention to what is being done.

The flesh on the tush is pretty soft, you should be able to squeeze and move it to get him/her out. I'm guessing he/she isn't stuck right now, of you wouldn't be on the computer asking for help. ;)
