Pastor Billy says: You've got your thinking cap on, "can I get an amen?" Great question to all those who believe in the false doctrine of Sola Scriptura invented some 1600 years after Christ. The point you make is extremely valid as we know St. Paul who many view as the great evangelist was not one of the 12 apostles who first preached the truth of Christ and yet his letters form a majority of the New Testament so what are we to make of those who believed prior to Paul's letters are they less Christian? Are they Sola Scripturists without Paul's letters??
I'll be watching to see the answers on this one.

that was the time that revelation was still open and they got more direct revelations from God. Now that the Bible is complete and revelation is closed we can live Sola Scriptura.
