I dont think you can find love on the internet without meeting face to face.
You can love what the person types/emails etc but how do you know that thats really them? Like someone else has said you can love the idea or fantasy of the person but you don't know them really.

Theres no way for that to happen. Love is an attractive bond for each other. People fall in love if they see phsyical or have pyshcial contact and have the same interest. I dont think its possible, but some people think that can happen. I find if someone has internet "lover" i think both the couple is 2 unattractive person that cant find nobody to satisfy or nobody likes them.

It is possible to "find someone" online, but it isn't possible to find love without meeting face-to-face. When you meet someone online, its a great way to get to know eachother and meet people without having to deal with all the issues that come from dating. When getting to know someone online however, you do have to remember that there is a lot you can never know about them until you meet them and actually spend time with them. Its very easy to lie about anything and everything online. If someone says they are "in love" with someone they met online and have never met in person they are kidding themselves. There is no way they could "know" the person enough to be in love with them, or they may be in love with things that aren't true.
I met my husband online, so I do agree that its possible to meet someone that is perfect for you...but get to know them first, don't rush into things, and DEFINATLY meet before deciding you've found forever!!

easy really...... chatting on line brings you much closer to the personality than the person initially.
if you meet in a pub it takes a while to get talking about deep meaningfull things, where as on line its easy to pour your heart out........
i met my guy 5 years ago on line......... hes in the usa and im in the uk....... he is a soldier in iraq at the moment but we talk daily and have done since we met.....
we have never actually met in the flesh but he is out of iraq august and he is coming over to the uk for a month in september...... we are very close..... we chat regulaly via msn using web cams.... we know all there is to know about each other.... even the bad bits..... we are so determined to make this work.....we are planning on getting married as soon as possible once heleaves the army altogether at the end of this year.
i guess i was one of the lucky ones...... i found exactly what i was looking for.... ok he is halfway across the world and has been for last 5 years but things are about to change fore us.... i guess anything is possible if you want it enough.... i think the key is not to rush into anything.... get to know each other well and take your time.
i believe the internet is a great way of finding love if you do it in the right way. there are alot of wierd people on line...... but if you take time to sort through you will find some prety decent people.
good luck

I met a lad on the Internet about 2 years ago after chatting for about 6 months. We went out for 18months and then the silly sod went and joined the army and we broke up. We did trade photos and to be honest when he first sent me a picture I thought he was 'ok'..... the more I talked to him, the more attractive he got. hope that makes sense.
In saying all of that, be careful, there are also loads of nutters out there!

It's not. People who think they are in love without meeting are in love with a fantasy. In love with the idea of a person.

it is not possible. when you talk to someone on the internet it is easy and you can pretty much talk about anything. but when it comes face to face its a whole different ball park. you can not fall in love with someone if you have never met them. sorry but stop emailing and start dating face to face... unless you want to have a pretend girfriend your whole life.
