I think that it gets better each time because you have time to perfect your sexual methods and depending on if it is the same guy/girl you two begin to mold together in a way that makes the orgasm climax longer and all that jazz. Just my personal opinion.

I think that sex done right feels way better everytime not just after the first orgasm.
