I was sitting around watching T.V. the other night with some guy friends and I fell asleep. I don't remember anything after that. The next day one of the guys was over at my house, and we were talking and he brought up something about us having sex. I thought he was just joking at first, but he said the he wasn't and that we had sex last night. He said said when I fell asleep he lifted my shirt up and played with himself, until he got it up. He said he tried to mess with me then but I pulled my shirt down and rolled over. He said he rolled me back over and I woke up, and thats when he started having sex with me. He said that I was awake through the whole thing and was all for it while we was doing it, and that I liked it a lot. After he finished he said I rolled over and went right back to sleep, but a few minutes later I asked him to get me a napkin b/c its running. I don't remember any of this and I kind of feel violated. What would u consider this and what should I do?

I don't know why people are saying I'm making this up! I have better things to do than sit here and make up stories about rape. This is a serious situation!

I wasn't drinking and I wasn't doing drugs. And I don't have a lot of problems, stuff like this never happens to me, I'm not a slut or a whore and I wish people would be alittle nicer and not call people names when they don't even know them.

You people may not believe me, but this is true, everything I told ya'll, is everything he told me. I know this sounds sick, but it's true! And I'm in college, I'm old enough to have guys over at my house. And just b/c they are doesn't mean that I'm sleeping with them. Why do so many people think that if a girl has guy friends over, that she's a whore? And its not like there is guys at my house all the time. There are girls there too, usually way more girls than guys!

Yes. Firstly, he shouldn't have tried to have sex with you while you were asleep. That's not consenting. Aside from that (which is a HUGE thing to put aside), when you pulled your shirt down, he should have stopped. That's a no. Get his *** locked up.

Geeze... thats tough. If you were unconcious its DEF rape. I dont know If I would personally believe that Id be "all into it" if I didnt remember any of it. Were you on something? Even sleeping pills can cause you to forget, but if you really dont remember anything, Id go to the drug store and get "the day after pill" so that you dont get preg. Talk to a councelor at school or a family member. Tell them what happened and see what they say. Sometimes just talking about something that happened to you will bring back the memories of it happening. Good luck

Part ofme wants to say that he is lying, because I just don't know anyone that can sleep completely through sex and not know anyhting, unless you are not telling the whole story and there was something that you took to make you sleep that hard. But no, it's not considered rape if his story is correct because you gave up the goods, even though you claim to be sleeping, you never told him no. But if he slipped yousomething, or if you were under the influence, and had actually told him no, then yes, it's rape. But honey, wise up, because, that ain't no friend if he took advantage of you in that manner. And if you are on something to make you that drowsy, I ain't making no judgment, but do it in the comfort of your own home, so that things like that won't happen.

Firstly i think if you had done anything you might have remembered actually doing it so i think that this guy could be making it up or something like that. I have no idea what it is called because he had said that you were awake. But to tell you the truth i think that he is lying. For what, i do not know! I am sorry i wasn't of much help.

Go to the doctor, and have the doctor do a rape kit on you to find out if there is any truth to his story. The doctor will be able to tell if you had intercourse. You need to be checked for pregnancy and std's. Take care of yourself, and next time you should know that it is NOT okay to fall asleep around a bunch of guys. That was EXTREMELY irresponsable. But you don't deserve to be violated for ANY reason.

Sounds to me like you passed out from drinking too much. How did you feel the next morning, did you feel like you had had sex? Even if you did have sex and it wasn't consented sex, its still considered rape. Call the cops and report it!!

I think that would be concitered rape. He could have used a date rape drug thing. Ask some of the other guys that were there if they know anything. Then go to the police.

Honestly I don't want to offend you but it sound like you were on some type of drugs or alcohol or you were drugged. If you said no and he still went ahead then yes it's rape. But! You never mentioned in your question that you told him to stop. It sounds like you WERE taken advantage of but it also sounds like your not telling the entire =story

The test for rape is if it was reasonable for the alleged rapist to believe that you did not consent to having sex and forced himself upon you anyway.

Given that you don't remember it is more likely sexual assault but you need to discuss this with the police and maybe a lawyer.
