no its not a disease but it is just how guys and girls cant keep there pants on if you know what im saying. i guess its just when the person is addicted to sex due to the chemical embalancement in there body.

It isn't a disease in the sense that you catch it, it is simply a condition that you may have. Like ADD or ADHD.
