Go to your Weber grill, light charcoal, let coals burn until white; pluck leprechaun from shoulder and strip of green clothes and little shoes with buckles; spray said leprechaun lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the center of the preheated grill and cover with lid as quickly as possible or the little devil will try to jump right out. Remove from the flame when all screaming and cursing has ceased or it will be tough and crunchy and without tender juiciness.

Sure and the wee folk have ways that are not ours. But lad, how do you know those things don't NEED burnin'?

But the best way to get rid of him is to sit down with a nice Guinness - Remember to get one for the wee leprechaun too. Drink until he passes out and you'll be just fine.

Slainte!

Tell him No in a loud firm voice....then remove him from your shoulder and restrict him to his room (or wherever he sleeps) take away his privliges of no tv, phone, boyfriend/girlfriend for a set amount of time. or better yet take away his pot of gold and only return it when his attitude improves. or spend it it you wish to.

Get him drunk on some good Irish whisky. Then he'll black out, fall off your shoulder, and you can run like hell until you're safely away from him.

When "he" tells you to burn something, douse him with a flammable liquid, and light a match.
