I ask this question so that it can be a resource for all those who suffer and we can see some different ways that others deal with IBS.

After taking different medications and supplements I have found that the "Gastro Bundle" from Jigsaw Health does wonders for me. What works for everyone out there that suffers from IBS?

I was diagnosed and misdiagnosed for decades.

IBS/colitis/chron's they are all basically one of the same, except different regions of the body, but even all that is in dispute.

Thanksgiving 2005, I was in the hospital again for pan -ulcerative colitis flare-up. I had no control of my bowels and I was in horrific pain. The Dr advised a that my colon would have to be remove.

Before going in, I had spent months laying in bed reading everything about autoimmune diseases, etc...

I had started taking SHAKLEE probiotics, I had taken other brands from the health food store, but nothing helped. With SHAKLEE I started to see an improvement.

Then I went in for my colon scope thing. I think it exasperated my colon condition.

I told him not to take my colon out, which pissed the Doctor off.

Came home did a detox with SHAKLEE products, and started getting better. Keep in mind that while I was in the hospital I was in so much pain, they were dripping heavy duty pain meds by I.V., into my arm. When I came home I weaned off all the medication I was on. Unfortunately I didn't wean off the steroids properly, and had "adrenalin shock" which caused me other problems.

Started seeing a Dr an hour and a half away who practices the NAET technique. This was the icing on the cake. Whenever I have a flare-up, caused by stress, I go see him. I have not been in the hospital since. I can eat things that used to tear my stomach up, particularly dairy.

I haven't been hospitalized since. I have had flare ups occassionally, but they are under control.

Check out the website below and find a Dr in your area.

He's also gotten my blood sugar, thyroid, arthritis, and many other things under control or gone.

I have a few more issues that need to be resolved, but because of the distance, I haven't been able to go back for a while.

NAET right now is what chiropractors were considered 30 years ago, quackery. But if you've ever met someone who has been cured of allergies or seen there autistic children become normal, you wouldn't doubt it for a second.

Good luck and please give it a chance. It has saved my life.

I was put on a high fiber diet and I use the FiberSure powder that you is tasteless and you can put in anything. It has more fiber than any other Fiber supplement and you can use it up to 3 times a day. Plus with high fiber foods my IBS was pretty much regulated. Every medication I took for IBS made my stomach upset. Hope that helps anyone out there suffering.

You may want to have your doctor check for Celiac's disease if nothing else works. It's so commonly misdiagnosed as IBS because it presents the same symptoms, and it is much more common than previously thought.

Basically, it's a toxic reaction to gluten, found in wheat. A good test would be to cut wheat out of your diet for a week and see if it makes you feel better. If so, go see your doctor for a test.

I noticed that the Gastro Bundle that you take includes Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes and Flax Seed. I take the Probiotics and Flax Seed, although not from Jigsaw Health, but I also take Peppermint Oil. It makes my tummy feel better. Good luck.

My sister in law has that and she sells real estate in Florida. People with Crohn's Disease are unable to work because they are sick a lot. Call the SS office and ask. They'll send you forms to fill out and go from there. It's just a paper process.

High heels have NO situation on a sailboat... significantly, in case you mar my teak decks, you are going overboard !! Also, they have got no reason on a ranch both... I continuously snort while one among our "town-residing" peers comes as much as talk over with and attire inappropriately. And that involves men dressed in get dressed sneakers or steeply-priced "shoes"
