It's definitely not healthy to try to lose weight in such a short amount of time, but I've heard that laxatives work..... Don't stress about a few extra pounds.

Get some of those pills that make you urinate a lot more and don't drink or eat anything for a few hours before you weigh in. I think you can get the pills which are called Diuretics at any normal retailer. Or go to walgreens or cvs and ask for them. Don't drink any sodas today, even diet sodas have tons of salt and salt makes you retain water.

An over the counter diuretic works for some - I personally get migraines from them. For me, drinking about 10 glasses of water in a day usually shows up as a 2 pound loss the next day if I've been bad for the week.
