What are some recommended methods? Also which is better for dropping some water weight dry sauna or wet sauna? How long should I do it for? What should I eat or drink today to help?Thanks!

I think that I should clarify. I have been dieting and I have lost a little over 15 lbs in 2 months through healthy eating and excercise. I just want to know some tips on shedding water weight for a weigh in.

It's definitely not healthy to try to lose weight in such a short amount of time, but I've heard that laxatives work..... Don't stress about a few extra pounds.

Get some of those pills that make you urinate a lot more and don't drink or eat anything for a few hours before you weigh in. I think you can get the pills which are called Diuretics at any normal retailer. Or go to walgreens or cvs and ask for them. Don't drink any sodas today, even diet sodas have tons of salt and salt makes you retain water.

An over the counter diuretic works for some - I personally get migraines from them. For me, drinking about 10 glasses of water in a day usually shows up as a 2 pound loss the next day if I've been bad for the week.
