It gets to the point that I want to quit. How can I push myself. I run with a group and that still doesn't work sometimes. I know that the mind quits long before the body. HELP- I need to get past that wall!!!!!

There are a few things you might try that may help. Either break up your long run into a couple of shorter ones so that you don't get so bored. Also you can change up your scenery, that sometimes helps so much! Get an MP3 player and some really good music to jam to for the whole run. Keep a motivating picture in your pocket, and when you start to lose motivation, pull it out to remember why you are there in the first place! Also, try hard not to think about how it sucks or how much longer you have. Instead, enjoy the run, let it de-stress you, and think about how hot you are going to look and what new cute clothes you'll buy when you reach your goal! Hope this helps!

First. Learn to use LOSE not loose. Thanks.
There are only two ways to motivate yourself. Pain or Pleasure.
If you were being chased by a bear you would NOT stop half way through.
If your favorite movie star was waiting at the end of the race with unlimited kisses and ... whatever.. you would NOT stop halfway through the race.
Someone with Diabetes can be motivated because not losing weight will kill them.
What will motivate you best. You need to make the pain of NOT succeeding or the pleasure of what you will GET to be real to you as if it was true right now. Cause in reality it is.

Motivation is found in living a life that is based on truth. Not fantasy. Stop with the fantasies and live in the present.

Ok so first of all it isn't the semen that travels to the egg it is the sperm. Semen is what the sperm are in once they pop out. The sperm leaves the semen inside a couple of mins and travels into the womb. Then it travels via the tubes to wherein it expects the egg to be. That can take hours or longer relying upon how good the sperm swim and the way directly they pass. Most sperm don't seem to be formed correct they usually get misplaced or swim round in circles or simply undeniable die earlier than they get there. But considering the fact that there are thousands of them this isn't on the whole a hindrance. Sperm can are living as much as five days, however two-three days is extra usual.

I have the same problem, What i do is "lose" myself in my thoughts. Get into thinking about anything but running and how your body feels. Start elaborating on a deep thought and get lost in it, in no time you are done with what you wanted to accomplish

Take your mind of quiting by maybe entertaining yourself. Take along an mp3 player it usually helps me take my mind of quiting. Think of other thoughts other than quiting.

Run further away, then you have to get back somehow. Plus put a deadline on it, that you have to get back by a certain time, then you cant walk.
