It depends. If the girl the girl with the big chest is so dumb that u can't have a talk with her then i would prefer the smart girl. But to tell u the truth U should choose the girl that you love not because
she has big boobs but because u feel nice with her

Gentlemen prefer smart girls with big breasts but take what they get.
However, dumbness is a crime (because you can change being dump be learning, and if you don't, it's because you are too lazy), whilst you can't change your breasts (well, unless of course we are talking about cosmetic surgery), so therefore I'd rather prefer a smart girl (at least she has shown commitment and eagerness in learning and will probably show commitment and eagerness in other parts of life, too).

if shes smart... and theres a little something on the chest.. but theres big bottom curves.. then were good im more interested in the pretty face and a good llower body...

I like a girl that likes me. Chest size, or intelligence isn't important.
. . . but in answer to your question. I actually prefer smaller breasts. I think they look cuter than large breasts and I know they are easier and more confortable to the woman. I just want her to be happy.
