Eat 6 small healthy meals a day, get 30 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week, 30 minutes of weight training 2-3 days a week, drink plenty of water, take vitamins, get plenty of rest at night, no carbs past 4:00 pm, and try not to eat after 7:00 pm. It is that simple. Its not a diet, it is having a healthy lifestyle.

People can only give you suggestions. You have to find the right program that works for you. Some people do better with a low fat program; others with a low-carb plan.
Also, don't look at it as 'diet'. Diets don't work. Lifestyle changes are the only way people will lose and keep weight off. People diet, lose the weight, then stop dieting and the weight comes right back on. You have to competely change the way you think about food. If you are 15, ask your parents to take you to a nutritionist and start a physical hobby or sport. Something that gets you outside moving.

Only your doctor can give you proper diet guidance. No one here knows your health, height, family medical history, lifestyle, etc.
It could be very dangerous to go by advice given here for a diet, by anyone other than your doctor.
