Salmon is very good for you especially if you eat wild salmon. Salmon and other fish are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are essencial for good health. They are also a good source of protein and vitamins. It is much better for you than beef, pork or chicken.

Fish is very good for you. Me personally I don't like it. I live in the great Pacific Northwest so we have really good fish here. But I ate so much of it when I was younger that I hate it.

It has omega fatty acids in it wich is good for lowering bad cholesterol levels and bad fats in your blood. Eat up.Its high in protein also.Any "whole" food is good for you in moderation.
