Is it normal to have different sizes on each side, she is 6 years old.

Well, I'm 31, a professional, and had it all my life and never had any problems.

shes still a child and growing so it could change over time. also as another poster mentioned we are not all perfectly symmetrical.
Me for example. My left leg is just ever so slightly longer then my right, has is the case with many people.
If it changes or worries you just take her to she a pediatrician.

It would, of course, depend on the size of the bump. Irregularities are not uncommon -- most of us are not perfectly symmetrical.
If you are worried, or if the size of the bump changes, consult your doctor.
