If you mean Istikhara prayer ,you can pray two Rakkas(in which are 4 kneeling down on earth).In the last Rakka ,you make Doa'a that (Allahum eny Astakheerok belmeka wa astakdroka bekodratek,Allahuma en kan haza alamr kheyran lee deeny wa donyaya fyserho lee wa en kan haza alamr sharan lee fy deeny wa donyaya fassrfho a'any wa essrfny a'anho.You can also make this Doa'a after you end your pray.
