I think in ancient times someone ate a fruit or something so now we all have to pay.

Alot of us should apologize to God for the horrible things alot of us do to the planet. God, maybe, owes us an apology for dumping us here and not teaching us very well. Yeah I know Christians, Jesus was only here teaching for three years though. Look at the world, we needed and still need more instruction. And yes for whoever is wondering I do feel bad about saying this about God. I have said this to God also. I love God. I love what Jesus taught. Ever heard of ferile children?

Romans 3:23 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 10:8-13
“The message is very close at hand;
it is on your lips and in your heart.”
And that message is the very message about faith that we preach:
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.
As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.”
Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same Lord, who gives generously to all who call on him. For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

2nd Corinthians 3:16
But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

It takes a step of faith, what have you got to loose.
You've got a whole lot more to gain.

life's too short to screw up eternity.

HOPE- All we got to live on cuz once its gone we're lost tryna find ourselves

Apologizing, believing in a Savior are our ways to reassure ourselves of this hope for what we dont know and understand after we no longer have the physical world before us.

Hope calms our fears and has us wake to another day

We haven't kept His law. We've sinned and that requires both repentance and a Savior.

"Apologizing" to God reminds us that even when we "get away with it" there is someone who knows, and that we are accountable for our actions (many need this accountability in order to accept responsibility).

Also, it helps remind us that we are not the top of the pyramid. It is not "all about me." Because, when you think about it, the most of the time when we do something wrong it's because we were acting in a selfish and self-centered manner.

And yes, there is that whole thing about "getting right" with God, etc.

No one on earth can truthfully say that they havent done or thought something bad in their life. Those bad thoughts or deeds are sin. Its not that we have to apologize, just recognize our bad stuff (sin). Confession, if you are thinking of that, is different, it isnt an apology, it is simply a recognition hopefully followed by repentance (stopping the bad thing/thought)

we have never been told to "apologize", We have been told to ask for forgiveness. Apology is man made - Forgiveness is divine.

1. Everybody sins and makes mistakes, you, me, the pope, and every priest and pastor on earth
(Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God,)

2. The penalty for this sin is Death, but thankfully, God sent His only Son to pay this penalty for us
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

3. You don’t even need to eliminate your sin and mess from your life before you come to Him. Just come as you are, with all your mess, sins and mistakes.
Romans 5:8 But God commends His love toward us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.

4. All you have to do is confess with your mouth and truly believe that Christ died for you, your sins, and your salvation, and God raised him again, and you can be assured of your eternal salvation.
Romans 10:9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.

5. There is no other way into heaven; not by good works, not by going to church every Sunday, not by following every letter of the law. The only way is through acceptance in/of Jesus Christ
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but by Me.

Matt 10:32,33
32 Then everyone who shall confess Me before men, I will confess him before My Father who is in Heaven.
33 But whoever shall deny Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father in Heaven.

We need not appologize. We have already been saved through Jesus's work on the cross. When he sees us, he sees the saving work of his son and in that we are rightous thru his blood.

We are sinners. But we have been saved.

nothing at all. that's the cool thing about god. he always gives us compassion and grace only because he created us and loves us. there's no other reason then that. kinda cool, isn't it?
