my 20 month old son has just got chicken pox and i was wondering if it would harm my 6 week old baby if he caught them too. my 6 week old hasnt had any of his jabs at all.

i am breast feeding and i had chicken pox myself nearly 20 years ago.

have you had chicken pox yourself and are you breast feeding? That info is important to answer you correctly. Here is an excellent link, please call your doctor and ask what risks your baby may have.
Most infants will have immunty passed from the mother to the baby via placenta and breastmilk.

You may have passed antibodies to the baby. Otherwise, chicken pox is dangerous at this young age. If the baby gets any fever or shows any sign of being unwell, start acyclovir immmediately.
