while im not connected to net , when I click on every buttoms the webpage message that says stay offline or connect opens

When you click a button that wants access to the internet like IE or any of your bookmarks, it is the nature of windows to ask to connect, as you must be a dial modem user. You can configure your dial up networking to not ask by selecting the properties of the connection.
You may want to consider moving into the 21st century and get some kind of full time connection like dsl or cable internet. You will be very happy, for not too much more of an investment...and will never see these messages again.

Am experiencing an identical difficulty yet even ten tries won't improve the wanted portfolios. maximum disconcerting for a 'senior' with limited technological skills and absence of supplies for the top rate provider. Have purely observed it in the previous week. is this entirely a sales seize or what ?
