My notice board contains the following
Fee lists-Private and Nhs
Complaints procedure
Zero Tolerance- Patients abusing staff members
Private Fines-informs patients how much they pay if missing a private appointment!
Loss of clinical time-due to patients failing to attend appointments.
Fire Evacuation procedure
Health/Safety procedure
First Aid Officer
Out of hours emergency procedure.
That's about it really

top tips for display boards
change displays regulalrly
make them eye catching so that people pay attention.
Make displays 3d if possible - e.g. can you make a large model of a toothbrush?
keep up with what is in the news about dentistry - pre-empt peoples questions

i dont know,...im a dental nurse and all thats on our board are faded naff posters of scary kids with gumshileds in and info on mouth cancer...very inspiring!
