How is the exact way to yous pro-active so its the most effective?

Follow the directions. I believe it says to wash face 2x a day with special face wash and then use the toner and reparing lotion after.

they say the most effective way to use it is to do it from the rebuilder all the way down to the moisturizer. But then I think they made it a way that you have to have the vitamins in oder for this to work. Because I've had Pro Activ for 2 weeks now and yes I see some improvements, but I think that the moisturizer is causing the pimples to come back on my face. Because when i don't use it I don't have them. To me eating right with limiting greasy and fatty foods, drinking more water, and vitamin supplements not from Pro Activ but some from Centrum or One Source are good things. I'm reaping the benefits from it. Yes ProActiv really works but its just like any other regiment comes from using it morning and night and as directed and watching the way you eat and taking vitamins. Another way to get good skin take Vitamin E and B12 its great for your skin. I do love their mask from ProActiv I might buy that one again because it really takes away the oil from my skin. But hun that's the secret. Just being consistant. Hope this helps.
