make a caesar and garden salad with multiple dressings (ranch, italian, french, 1000 island, etc.)
make garlic bread or garlic knots:
INGREDIENTS
1 (11 ounce) container refrigerated breadstick dough
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Tie the dough into 12 knots and place them onto a cookie sheet. Brush the knots with the egg, and sprinkle the rosemary and garlic onto the knots. Bake the knots according to the package directions.

maybe some broccoli or another veggie
or a fruit salad to add color
and don't forget some kind of dessert (cookies or cake)

I have been to a speghetti lunch/dinner before. They served many types of italitan dishes. For salad they put out plain salad and with condements on the side like ranch dressing, balsamic dressing, and graded cheese (white cheese). They served l;ittle cookies and vinalla icecream. Some type of white cake was served which made a great desert after a big dinner. Garlic bread was also a dish and made a great side dish. Trow in some vegies.... maybe some on the side or something because not everybody likes salad.

A nice green salad w/ a few dressing choices (I love Good Seasonings Garlic & Herb Dressing) Maybe a different option to spaghetti would be nice, like a veggie lasagna or something and try some grilled fruit for dessert. Drizzle w/ lime honey dressing (1/2 of each) and a little sweetened marscapone.

A good tossed salad with different dressing choices and garlic bread will be more than enough.

I like to serve broccoli steamed for just a few minutes tossed with olive oil, parmesan cheese, a little salt & pepper....so good and super simple...every time I serve this people say it's the best broccoli ever. A good desert would be some ice cream with fresh berries or tiramisu.
