A problem with one vista wont be less of a problem with the higher price ones. It is a new OS so it will take time for all the bugs to be out of it...and all the programs..etc to be stable with it. I myself am going to wait a while before I upgrade.

No, I haven't. I bought new pc with Vista Business, and I haven't got any problems. Before that I use Vista Enterprise on some old machine also without problems, so Vista works great really!

Upgrading won't really help with compatibility issues. Vista is known for problems with compatiblity, and it most likely won't be resolved for a few months. I would recommend wiping Vista and installing Windows XP instead, or a Linux distro of choice.

You had trouble with 11? or did you try to install 10? Never had any problems but you should do an anytime upgrade to ultimate or premium(go with ultimate if you can, same system requirements) Third party software and drivers may have problems but microsoft products shouldn't unless its really old.
