The Bible was dictated by god TO the scribes. the scribes didn't just write down their thoughts. Sort of like no one actually writes the encyclopedia, only compiles pre-existing facts and ideas into an understandable text. the scientists who research the facts don't fabricate them, they only observe experiments which are beyond their control.
I'm a christian and I am not insulted because I find your proposition absurd. I think evolution is completely plausible (we don't all think in terms of 24 hour days), but would have to have been set in motion by something with the ability to create. In nature as we know it, matter cannot be created or destroyed. supernatural intervention is therefore required. I'm not ignorant to science. I've just never heard a critic go beyond the point of insulting my faith.
And as far as Biblical principle is concerned, it does not defy the existence of subatomic chemistry, but does explain the one element that scientists refuse to pursue: the origins of all matter in the universe. Science touts the big bang as fact, but has never explained how something came from nothing in the first place. It defys scientific thinking. So to that end, either they need to explain where the materials for the big bang came from (where everything came from), concede that the universe has existed forever (a concept so abstract as infinity is not purely scientific because it cannot be measured or observed) or do what they are already doing: say that It's explainable, we just haven't found a way to do it yet. Sounds to me like they are just avoiding the fact the everything had to have come from something. They seem to think that even if their theories are fundamentally ridiculous, their elevated positions in the scientific community allow them to publish that tripe in the name of science.

It seems that Atheists evolved from monkeys who were probably criticizing instead of seeking God.

Yes. I feel very insulted that you think I am related to the Monkeys who wrote the Bible.
I hail from India, where we don't care about the Bible.
Did you know that the Bible is less holy than charmins? I tried it as toilet paper...charmins is better.

In this case, I'd have to say that the stupidest "monkey" is still far wiser than the smartest squirrel.

Perhaps a bit, but it is true, as humans have evolved since that time.

Realistically,......... no........ because it's true.
Spiritually,........... yes,.......... because it acknowledge's evolution,.......... thereby over-ruling creation.
How ridiculous can you get.
To deny evolution,....... is to deny sub atomic chemistry,.... organic bio physical chemistry,.... and molecular and cellular physic's.
Doing that,........... is to deny that i'm me,..... and your'e you.
Another example of being sucked back into the quagmire of the church's own blind and near-sighted absurdity's'
I mean,.... hey,...... god might be smart,..... but he aint that smart.
And tarnishing the name of all the worlds monkeys.
Unforgiveable......
