This is a serious question. Notice that I did not say that I don't believe in God, and most of you already know my religious affiliation, but I am asking this in all seriousness to make everyone really think about it. No sarcasm please.

NO.

Mainly 2 reasons:

1. When God initially created the Earth, it was for human (made in his image) to enjoy the things he had for us. MAN allowed sin into his life, thus distancing himself from God. Satan has connived his way into affecting mankind with wickedness, which Man enjoys (the pleasures of the flesh like greed, lust, etc.) This kept MAN (people in general) from experiencing eternal life. Resulting in the fact that MAN will have to eventually die. *Ref. the last few verses of Gen:3

2. Haven't you noticed that the world (or maybe you haven't) is bent on distorting the image of God and Christianity? Satan is still attacking the lust of man. This world will end. All these titles, money, cars, homes, clothes, record labels, and fleshy desires will cease BECAUSE Satan is controlling this planet. After these things are gone, your spirit will be all that's left. Since the world is gone, your spirit will have to go somewhere. the only 2 places left are Heaven and Hell.

No, it does not mean that. We live in this flesh life to make a choice of who we will ultimately follow: Christ or Satan.
In order for the Plan of God to work, two things must be true:
first, free will must be for real, and with absolutely no interference of God.
and second, that there must be a comparitor; if you can only choose between good and good, whats the point?
This is why although Satan has already been judged and condemned to death, God still uses him in this flesh age. He provides the comparitor.
A final note: when you look around at all this pain, death, disease and war, you get a true sense of what happens when man is allowed to run things, huh? its a lesson all of itself.

There are 2 natures, one material and other spiritual. We, the living entities belong to the spiritual nature, but because we want to live separated from God, we are put in this material world, suffering the 3 fold miseries of life, suffering caused by the body and mind, suffering caused by other living entities, and cause by natural catastrophes, and old age, disease and death. That is the nature of this world. The human form is a special gift of material nature in the course of her enforcing stringent laws of miseries upon the living being. It is a chance to achieve the highest boon of life, namely to get out of the entanglement of repeated birth and death. If those thing that you mentioned should not exist, we would be doomed in this world, with no chance to go back to God.

Not yet, but it is to come

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

The one question that I have always wanted an answer to and never seem to get is, "Why does man blame God for everything that goes wrong in this world?"

We are the ones who rebelled against God and brought sin, disease, war, death, and sorrow into His perfect creation. He intended us to live in peace and happiness, but *we* are the ones who chose to disobey Him, and *we* are the ones who reap the consequences of our own foolishness.

Whenever I say things like this, I usually get a batch of thumbs-down. Are we incapable of admitting that we human beings are selfish, greedy, corrupt, murderous, and destructive? That we, not God, are the reason that wars, disease, famine, misery, and sorrow entered the world?

Or is it just easier to whine and complain about how unfair and unjust God is?

Edit:

Yep, the first of the thumbs-down has come rolling in. Taking responsibility for our actions has never been one of the human race's long suits, and this just demonstrates it.

I believe that free will is a greater good that God uses to see what we will decide. Due to this free will however there is death sorrow and all the things you mentioned. Did God do these things? No, they are done by us humans but He does allow them to continue.

Ever heard of the myth, 'Pandora's Box'? If not, read it! I know it's a myth but that's just one of the answers.

But God can't always stop pain - because stopping pain would, in theory, be being unkind as then people who cause pain and suffering themselves, would get away with it.

It is easy to explain. Life is a test to see if we will be obedient to God. All of the negative aspects of life are there to grow us ,trials help build character, strengthen us, but some of us resist the very things that help us grow. Yes life can be very painful, but if we choose to follow God, he Will bring us comfort, peace, healing, understanding. We have to choose to either trust God, or live without comfort, peace, healing, understanding.God is always there for us and I don't want to live without him,

If God exists and allows sorrow, pain, death, disease and war to continue, then God is sadistic, enjoys seeing us suffer. If he wanted to stop our suffering, he would.

True God allow these things to happen. but for a reason. if you remember in the garden of eden, satan asked a question who rule is better Jehovah's' or Sat ans. He also asked this question in reference to Job also. So right now we are being tested as to whom we will serve. Soon Jehovah will wipe out all wickedness, sickness and death Rev 21:3,4. i know this answer is short, but to truly explain it would take much more time. please email me.
