My second husband cheated on me . We are now divorced and I'am seeing a great guy who assures me that he would never do that to me. My second husband told me the samething. So how do I get past my trust issues? How do i trust another man?

I say just realizing that you have 'trust issues' is a good start. You have to be able to trust, for a relationship to work - if you just go in suspicious - you're going to sabotage it. You have to just talk to yourself and trust him. He shouldn't have to pay for what another man did. Good Luck! :-)

theirs a good percent of men that don't cheat and theirs a good percent that do. What you need to is trust in yourself to trust him. The worst that can happen is that he can be the same as your ex but can you imagine if he's not you will be missing out on the man you have been looking for i would say trust him! It extremely important to have that in a relationship.

Give yourself the time to trust him. See if he is shady with lots of other people; if he's mean to everyone else, then it can be assumed that...
Be forgiving of mistakes or you'll scare him, and any following suitor, off.

you cant bring your old baggage to your new relationship. this new guy shouldnt be nagged on to not cheat or you will drive him to cheat. i say you take it easy and slow and have fun. dont worry about things like that or it will just bring you down. good luck.
