My family comes from a Catholic background but they're the kind of people that never go to church or even mention God or Jesus on Christmas. The holidays are all about the food, etc.. If one of my family members married a church-going, true Bible believing Christian, I'd be surprised because I'd wonder why that Christian person wanted to marry someone who they obviously didn't have much in common with when it came to that 'important' stuff.

If they to were Christian, I would be glad.
If they weren't Christians, I would be very concerned about the realtionship. That is a huge obstacle in a marriage. If one has different beliefs there are bound to be huge complications esp if they ever have children.

I agree with Charity.
I would REJOICE! I would be unhappy if either of my children married anything but a Christian as they are both Christians as am I and my husband who is their father.

It would depend on what kind of person they were. I only really know a handful of Christians but they are all decent people in most respects.

Fortunately, our sons all married agnostics. But if they had married Christians, I would certainly never try to convert them.

I'd be happy for them because i'm a Christian and I know that person chose to marry someone who knows God and follows his path.

I'm fine with Christians if they respect other's beliefs. I usually don't date them because those aren't the ones I usually find.

Well, considering that wouldn't be too far a stretch for my family... I'd probably go on about my business. Trying to stir up controversy, are we?
