If he eats one type of food which is hard balls he'll poop but he rarely eats that....now me and my spouse give him ham and tuna and little canned sasagues and he wont poop whats the matter with him..

feeding your dog people food isnt healthy and he could be getting constipation from food he's not used to eating. You should rotate between dry and soft food because that can affect a dog's stool. If he can't have a bowel movement-sorry if this sounds gross you may have to seek vet treatment because there could be intestinal blockage taking place. Dogs should eat their own food not people food.

no poop scooping! horray! nah,just kidding it means that
a)you dont feed your dog enough so it's body is storing up the ''waste" to keep itself full.
b)the tuna and ham and sauseges are not agreeing with his body.
what i would do is give him a good brand of puppy kibble which is very tastey and filled with lots of fiber to help him poop and other nutrients for his body.
