A lot of art - even the old stuff - is copyright protected - either by the museum that owns it or by the artist's estate, or another printing company. You can download small images for your own use, but can't re-sell it. That's why you can't get good res jpgs of famous art.

If you're trying to sell your printing services, why not ask a few local artists for permission to make ONE print of their work to show and sell? Sign a contract that if you sell it you'll give them the proceeds less a small commission. Bet you'll have them flocking to your door.

Try Webmuseum, Paris. They let you print pictures. They can be enlarged to about 6x7 on your computer screen and printed to your computer. If you have the capacity to enlarge the print further, that should work. They have a great selection of artists. I used them for an art history research paper. Good luck.
