tarter sauce! my special recipe is based on a recipe from a fave seafood restraunt in town.
about one roasted red pepper chopped
about 1/4 cup of yellow onion (cause they're sweet)
chopped pickles, 1-2 dill
mayo 1cup to 2cups
salt
pepper and paprika
this can be made creamy, runny or chunky, you decide by how much mayo you want in it! and it's delicious!!

Wasabi aioli. Which is a mayonaise with a little wasabi oil or powder in it. Also try a light balsamic reduction or pickled ginger, chopped cilantro might also work well with it.
