If you are asking as a person who tends to put on weight very rapidly, then I can not only help you, but offer you a means by which you will never have to give a second thought to what goes into your mouth. At an early age (early teens) I discovered that I tend to rapidly put on weight if I indiscriminately ate what I felt like eating. Because I truly feel eating is one of lifes most enjoyable pleasures ( just think you could be a plant and obtain nourishment from nothing more then sun, water, and soil) I decided I would find a way to eat as I please. The most simple way to do this is to find and pursue a profession that requires extreme physical labor. My thought was, 'I can either pay a gym and hope that the boredom of tediously working out 3-4 times a week doesn't prevent me from continuing, or I can get paid for busting my a** and eat what I like as a fringe benefit. At 43 I am healthy, strong as an ox, and eat whatever I feel like knowing that I can work it off at work.

i can completely agree with you. My everyday worries are about what i'm going to eat for lunch, how many calories i will consume, how much fat/carbs/sugar/etc is in what i'm eating. I completely let it take over my whole day. Say I eat a handful of sunchips with lunch, now i feel i don't deserve a dinner. It's a horrible way to go about things everyday. but I cannot stop.
We need to realize if we are eating healthy meals and exercising regularly then we should not have to worry about everything we consume. But we do.
I don't know if it's something we ourselves have to overcome or if it's something we need to speak to someone about.
I don't know if you are overweight and you are just obsessing because you want to lose weight or if you are already at a good weight and obsess over the last few pounds or the feeling of gaining weight.
whatever it is, i wish you the best of luck with everything.
i know it's obsessive. i think it can be linked to anxiety somehow because i get so worried and nervous to eat that i can't do ti sometimes.
welp, best of luck

Hi chick, me again, thanks for choosing me as the best answer on your other questions. I hate to see anyone else struggle like i do daily, i know it's so tough and so frustrating *virtual hugs*. You really do need help chick, i hope you get it. Main thing to remeber is starving yourself doesnt work because your body will then latch to almost anything you feed it ..try eating small meals, if you want to snack try fruit. i ate very little for about a month..and now that i am forcig myself to eat small things i am actually feeling much better and loosing weight..so please dont starve yourself. Your ED is tough, i have been through the run of bulimia from over exercising to purging, its all so hard, but purging is extremely hard to egt away from. Over exericsing is pure exhausting. I think you haveto relax....your thought of "what is this going to do to me" is making everything you eat and every food item as a negitive thing. Try to set yourself a goal.."i will eat this"...no more no less and then praise yoruself if you get it right. If you don't, don't worry your only human. I know if it was all as simple as that you wouldn't have a problem but give it a shot as best you can.. I know what your going through and am thinking of you!

You need to realise that it doesnt metter and that you want to enjoy your self, and that you dont need to diet.
Write a list of all the things you love about your body.
Research anorexic people-it will shock you and you may realise what you are doing.
See a psycologist or teacher, or dietician, or anyone who can help you.
keep a diary, and write in it every night, so that you can look back and see how silly you were being.
(i once got so upset with myself cos though i was eating badly-then i reaslied i only had a yoghurt or something, and realsied i was being stupid-and i am only 14)
enjoy what you eat...add fat when you dont realise how much is in it. (cook in fat, add salt and other things like that)
Throw away packets before you read the contents, so that you cannot stop yourself from eating them-you can kid yourself that they are fat free!!
good luck, i know im no expert but i hope i helped.

What do you mean ?
Do you obsess about where the meat came from and if the rice were humanely harvested or do you weigh everything twice and count the calories or do you eat everything you can lay your hands on ?

i won't have the capacity to assert for beneficial.. as i've got stumbled on my youthful domestic dog (6 months) LOVES something this is like foam. We redid our flooring, and various the carpet padding became left over and he or she in simple terms had a blast. anyhow, i'd attempt to coach her by utilising... conserving a leash on her mutually as she is going ot be in that room. That way in case you need to redirect you will get her to give up devoid of touching her. in case you touch her, than you're truly encouraging her and praising her for what she is doing. i'd instruct her for now to no longer bypass on the settee in any respect. So each time she gets on the settee, tell her off and placed her on the floor. save the leash on so which you will take her off. while she jumps off, compliment her vast time and supply her a handle. in case you won't have the capacity to visual demonstrate unit no remember if she is on the settee or no longer, make beneficial she would not have get right of entry to to that room. it is going to take multiple artwork for the 1st mutually as, yet at last she gets the dangle of it. If she does something she isn't assume to that is extremely properly to place her in time outs, so if she does get directly to the settee, take her leash and lead her to her crate, or a room contained in the domicile by utilising herself. canines desire to be with their proprietors, and it sends loud messages in the event that they do something and that they get taken away. I truly have an older dogs too, and this would bypass.. its in ordinary terms a mater of time.. sturdy success and optimistically it passes at as quickly as.
