First of all, the number on the bra is for the strap around the back...the width basically. The letter on the bra..."A" "B" "C" etc is the boob size. That's always misunderstood.
Well, if you like big breasts than yes, it is what's making you do it all the time. The only way I know to reduce the size is surgery...breast reduction. Otherwise, there is no way.
