I'm planning on using silk orchid heads for my centerpieces. Where is a good place to find realistic looking silk orchids (besides Michaels Crafts and Joann)?

Also any online places you're experienced.

My recommendation would be to check with local florists. My florist mixed in some professional quality silk flowers with real flowers in my bouquet, and nobody could tell the difference. You may be able to get really nice silk flowers through a local florist.

Also, if you live in or near Pennsylvania, check out the Flower and Craft Warehouse: http://www.flowerandcraft.com/

Hi there, don't buy from an online place, unless you can go to the store first. This way you can at least see up close, what kind of quality you are getting. They can show one thing, then deliver another. You could also call around to your local florist shops and see if they have any silk orchids, or know of anybody that may carry them, or maybe they would be willing to donate any if they have any extras. Good luck!

I would do real flowers! Silk tend to look cheap. Good luck with whatever you decide If you are sticking with silk go to Michaels or Pat Catans.
