Nothing at all. If he or she were simply sunbathing naked, it wouldn't matter to me in the least. I've done that myself many times on my parents' deck (when they weren't home) and on the patio where my roommates and I live during the academic year. I don't flaunt myself but certainly don't go to great lengths to hide myself either. I totally don't care who sees me naked, since I'm not doing anything lewd or inappropriate.
On the other hand, if he or she were doing something sexual or lewd, I'd probably go over and ask them to stop or take it inside, reminding them that if I could see them others could also, even children, which is inappropriate.
