Ok my boy is 7 month old now,and when we pull the bottle from his mouth before he is done ,he will arch his back and scream like a lil terd.He will flail his arms and kick his feet like a 2 yr old tantrum. Is this normal? He seems to get really mad when it comes to his feedings. He will do it almost everytime too.

Ok the reason we pull the bottle out is to BURP him,not for just fun.

I hear ya man. Just remember...our dads went through it with us. Well, at least our moms did while our dads drank and went fishing.

So...ah................wanna head to the lake?

Something is obviously bothering him. 7 month olds don't throw tantrums. Why do you pull the bottle away from him? Maybe he's still hungry, or maybe he's teething and the nipple soothes him. If it continues you should take him to the pediatrician.

yes he's throwing a tantrum

my suggestion is dont give the bottle back till he calms down
this will get rid of the tantrum problem before it becomes a huge problem

but tell him he can have it back when he calms down

well honey don't take the bottle from him let him give it too you when he is done. and don't make it a habbit to call your children names that a little mean. kids have tantrums all the time. its a way for them to get what they want. newborns do it because they can't use there words. its not some thing you can stop .

Are you leaving him alone while feeding?
They hate that!
Babies are used to being around their Mom while feeding. Try holding him and remember that babies only mechanism of expressing their unhappiness is crying, and they won't feel better until they feel they have expressed themselves enough!

Absolutely. Talk to his doctor. He or she will give you pointers as to what to do.
