Usually I have trouble getting to sleep, sometimes it seems to happen because I have to use the bathroom like every ten min or I itch like crazy but that is only sometimes.

I will go to bed at ten and won't fall asleep until midnight or one. It really stresses me out too and I do not know what to do.

So if you have any advice on what to do or not do PLEASE tell me!!

lol

thanks and god bless!

Stop taking stimulants late into the day. If you drink coffee later in the day try decaf, same goes for tea. Tea especially keeps me up for hours, because the caffeine I think just lasts longer.

Other than that, use your circadian rhythm to your advantage. Before 10 turn off the lights, and sit comfortably. Your body recognizes nighttime as sleeptime, so watching tv or having lights on bypasses this and tells it to stay awake. So try turning things off.

Also a healthy diet and exercise goes a long way to regulating sleep.

First of all go to the doctors cause you may have a very common uti, urinary tract infection, which can be cleared up with a course of antibiotics, beware these infections are stubborn and are prone to come back, some tips: drink plenty of water and cranberry juice, when going to toilet wipe from front to back always, and just be careful of safe sex.
O.K. as for your sleep it seems as though this insomnia is distressing and starting to affect your every day life, go to the doctors and get a drug called temazepam or klonopin, either way they are benzodiazipine sleeping pills, they cause calm and a beautiful sleep, only take when needed and avoid having them consecutively day after day, cause they make you feel good there is a small risk of addiction so be careful of that, but trust me you will have such a wonderful sleep off them. other things drink warm cup of chamomile tea before bed and have relaxing bath with bath salts and all that girl stuff before you go to bed, but trust me if you really just want a good night asleep ask for those pills. Oh yeah just tell your doctor about the insomnia , if you mention a specific pill name they may think you are trying to get them for recreational use, just a tip. god bless you too. have a wonderful sleep and sweet dreams

I slept with my son from beginning as he might no longer sleep within the bassinette a buddy loaned me. I used to be within the mattress with out my accomplice so the mattress used to be huge sufficient for either one of us and being a sleeper that does not transfer round plenty I used to be in no way involved approximately rolling over on him. I additionally did not have any issues relocating him right into a crib at four months as everybody stored harping on me that I might have a truly quandary getting my baby to sleep on their possess after being with me. I truthfully purchased a armsreach co-sleeper for my second baby who will probably be right here in approximately three weeks (the one who sits subsequent to the important mattress). I'm rather hoping I would not have a quandary as you'll determine it's correct subsequent to the mattress besides. I might say whether it is correct subsequent to you simply preserve up with it your little one will finally sleep as that is what newborns do traditionally.

Don't drink caffeine after 3:00pm. Whenever you're about to go to sleep, do something calming like reading a book or meditating.

you could try melatonin, it's all natural...your body produces it. You can get it at any vitamin store. It might help. Or you can see a doc, they could prescribe a sleeping pill or anti-depressant to help you sleep.
