How do you find the right person when you are a christian?

I am 20 yrs old and I am a christian. I am looking to find the right guy who is of the same faith and is a good person overall. I have tried the online thing and phone chat. Please help me on sometimes to find mr. right.

Uh...the obvious answer....pray and wait.and yes i know that is a sucky answer cause now days...we want instant replys...but you have to pray constantly and wait for God to point you in the right dirrection...thats the only thing to do! believe it or not...now-a-days...we want everything to be instant...i mean if we have to wait more then 10 seconds for Google to load or if we have to wait 2 minutes in a line up...we freak out....well...true love isn't easy to find and your only going to find it when you stop looking and when you start listening to God!!

I'd suggest get more involved at your local church. Online and phone chat is soooo easy to cover up one's true identity that it simply doesn't seem a viable "search engine" for the "right person". I'm sure that you could find someone with nice, morale character sitting in a pew in front or behind you. Get involved with the choir...maybe Mr. Right will be looking at you during hymns and such!

Start attending a church regularly. I am not certain if you are in college or not but they have church groups on campus. Just make sure you get a church group that is at least stately known. If you start going to one started by a student, well, those can be a bit dodgy.

Try volunteering in churches or seminars by pastors.My friend did that and know she is married to a pastor for more than ten years. Good luck!

Go to church often and participate in the youth groups and other activities they offer.
