The best way to find out this answer is to go to kbb.com and put in the specs for you car. They can tell you how much you can get for it selling it to a private party and how much they might give you if you trade it in.

Go to this site:

http://www.kbb.com

and enter in the information. I attempted to do so, and came back with a private party value of $4840 for the Celica ST and $4965 for the Celica GT, but that's not entirely accurate because I don't know as much about the options on the car as you do (power windows?, locks?, tilt wheel?, alloy rims or steel rims?, etc.), so it would be better to do so for yourself to get the right price.

I hope this has answered your question. If you have any more, please feel free to ask.
