I too have looked around and the hotel doesn't seem to give out it's email address. However there was an opportunity to send them an email through a connecting web page but it does not guarantee delivery...... This is what is on screen..........Park Inn Harlow

Well not the email but the direct phone. Why not call directly and ask.

I did a couple of searches and could not find it but maybe someone else can. Plus, are you talking about the hostel or the regular hotel? I need morefacts on which place exactly you mean. There is a Harlow Hotel but it is not an "inn."

Meantime, why don't you email the local relevant council and just ask them for contact info? Here are some emails for you to easily do that:

Unfortunately the Park Inn does not list e-mail contact info on their web site http://www.rezidorparkinn.com. They do, however, list a number of phone numbers where they can be contacted.
