If he indeed has a girlfriend right now than chances for a potential succesful relationship happening in the near future do not look very promising for the two of you unfortunately. This probably has little or nothing to do with your personality or looks so don't take it personally. Obviously the guy you like is with his girlfriend for a reason even if it seems like a stupid reason to you and it very well may be. You would be surprised what many girls and guys alike will put up with to stay in a relationship.
When people stay in relationships that are abusive physically, emotionally or verbally there is a good chance some sort of co-dependence is present. Alot of people will stay in a relationship even if they are being treated very badly just because the person they are with is familiar to them and they don't want to take the chance of finding someone new and losing them. Chances are even if he were to break up with his gf to date you if wouldn't be a very solid relationship and he will be with you for the wrong reasons. (I can assure you these relationships almost never work out for the better)
My advice would be to leave this guy alone, at least as a potential boyfriend. If you want try to be his friend and let him know he can value you as a friend as well. This way you can get to know him a little bit better but you won't be interfering with his relationship which would be morally wrong. I bet if you open your eyes you will see that there are alot of awesome single guys that actually know what they want and are trustworthy.

Honeslty...You need to get over him! I mean if he cant break up with her even tho he doesnt like him then he has issues. You need to find a guy who knows what he wants. I mean really he can be saying he wants you but he isnt sure. High School is not a time for a serious thing. Belive me! Ive been there and ive seen my friends go through it too!! Im not telling you dont date.. but dont get too serious and with a guy who doesnt know what he wants from day to day. I dont think its worth your time AT ALL.

Sounds like drama here and I would step out of this until dude makes up his mind because you're setting yourself up to get hurt since he's playing you and his girlfriend. You deserve better than this.

I think right now you should probably just leave him alone. You wouldn't want someone doing that to your boyfriend. And it sounds like he really doesn't know. If he wants to be with you, he should break up with his girlfriend first.
