Go buy a lufa (the one with a stick to it) and scrub your back with some oxy wash. Do this a few times a week.
It should help dry out your back.

I think Arbonne makes a great product for acne called clear advantage. The only + here is there is a daily supplement to combat acne from the inside out.. and maybe tackle other areas. Just an FYI -

I have the same problem and nothing has worked...except birth control pills. It takes about 6 weeks but it clears up completely. About a month after going off the BC the acne started to come back. I found that going to a tanning bed helps also, but you don't want to do that too much or you may end up with other skin problems (ie. cancer). Antibiotics and expensive prescription creams did not work. Maybe try Proactive.
