The majority of the world live in conditions of such extreme poverty and sheer horror that they probably do not have the time to even consider the other residents of this planet. Only in the fat, wealthy nations of the West do people have the luxury of thinking about anything beyond basic survival.

I believe the majority of the world isn't really that concerned with the rest. The billions in varoius parts of the world are probably more concerned with the folks that impact their lives. I think the answer is neutral, not harm or love, just people.

I think that most of us are here to make life easier for those we love. When someone stops that from happening we tend to get a bit testy.
Religions seem to universally cause problems for people. The very nature of religion, attempts to organize people into groups that will form powerful movements that can be used by leaders to conquest others. It has been happening for a very long time.
I believe that religion causes generally good people to get wrapped up in their future well being, and causes them to create conflict and suffering when they otherwise wouldn't.

The majority of the people in the world are so self centered that they probably don't care much about "others". Either that, or they want to see what they can "get" out of others. After much travel in this world, I get more cynical every year.
On the other hand, if you asked most people if they wanted a planeload of people to crash and burn, there are a FRIGHTENING number of people who would ask...."a planeload of what SORT of people?"

Yes. People want to live their life and let others live theirs. Peace and love is what we all want. However, there are some who want to conquer the world.

I hope so and I think so. Rheinhold Niebuhr believes that it is easier for an individual person to be just than a community. Strange things happen when people have a group identity.
