increase your cardio, lessen the weights, if you want to lose weight lifting weights will not help...muscle is heavier than fat so u dont want to gain any muscle i suppose, go with cardio...also lessen your carbs and have more protein, protein keeps you alot fuller during the day which would make you also eat less

You can come close if you try hard. I say it like that because you cannot safely lose more than 2 pounds per week - the ideal amount to lose per week is 1 to 2 pounds, but no more than 2. So, with 14 weeks left (if I counted right) you could safely make 28.
But remember, since you are exercising, you are building muscle, so weight alone is not the best indicator, you need to take your measurements and keep up with inches lost too. You might find, like many people, that you can weigh more than you thought and still fit into the clothing size you have in mind due to your muscle weight.

get up in the morning and jog a half-mile to a mile, then eat a small breakfast.... add that to your routine, and for the 1.5 hours of cardio and .5 hours of weights, is that each time you exercise? or all combined? if thats all combined, try exercising at least an hour a day, and if you are really just concerned about fast weight loss, cut out the weights, lifting weights makes your body keep more mass because it builds muscle, go all cardio if you just want fast weight loss

The safest amount to lose is about 1 to 2 pounds per week, which leaves you just shy of thirty pounds. Is it possible? I think so but you'd have to have excellent will power and not give up. Remember if you slip, it's okay... just get back in the game and keep trying. You need to alternate your weightlifting days like Mon-Wed-Fri, and not every day. Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so as you're working out you're building muscle. You should probably rely more on your measurements instead of the scale too. Good luck!

Drink lots and lots of water, about 1 gallon a day. You'll be running to the bathroom pretty often for about a week and then your body will get used to the increased fluid intake. But it is important to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. You may not lose the weight, but you will DEFINITELY lose inches. Get a tape measure and record all your measurements: neck, breasts, waist, hips, buttocks, thighs, calves, arms. Measure once a week, and you should see decreases every time with the amount of exercise you are doing. Good luck!

Avoid milk based food. Take more green vegetables and fibre based food from today and do exercise in the morning regularly. Avoid all baked food (including bread) and egg also non vegetarian items like pork, beef, chicken, etc., Have timely food. In between don't have any snacks. Within one month you will easily lose more than 10 pounds. Don't worry. If your weight don't get reduced send me mail at tsiva_4@yahoo.co.in

seriously, the ONLY way for such an active person to lose weight substantially is the (yes you know it) NO-carb diet -- yes give up carbs totally (only allow 30grams per day) the weight will come off after a few days. sorry, but Dr. Atkins was right when you go into ketosis and burn fat instead of carbs, the weight drops off. it is hard to give up carbs but you can do it.
