Scientific findings trouble me at times, but do not reduce my faith, because science helps me understand God's creation.
"My religion consists of a humble admiration of the illimitable superior spirit who reveals himself in the slight details we are able to perceive with our frail and feeble mind".

I'm much more certain about what I believe is NOT true. I don't know the answer to the riddle of dark matter or dark energy and will never have the math to find that answer (someone else is doing it for me). But I do know that the old gods of mythology (Zeus, Baal, Yahweh, Ganesh, Odin, etc.) are false.

No, and quite frankly it doesn't have to be. What I believe has no bearing on my 'eternal soul' or anything like that. The things I believe are just that... the things I believe. I don't have to be right, and quite frankly, for some things I'd prefer to be wrong about in the long run.

Personally, I think that most people have doubts. But that's why it's called "faith". Whether it's faith in God or faith that there is no God, we all have our reasons for believing what we do. But the main word here is BELIEVE. I believe what I do, but I don't profess to KNOW anything.
So my answer is no. But I will keep on believing it.

Yes. It makes sense to me logically and philosophically. (Buddhism) i find a peace of mind in it and now i always make sure that i won't offend or hurt anyone with my words or actions. I stay abstinent from things that will confuse my senses like alcohol and drugs. I finally feel like I've found a true path for me.

I wish I could be sure... but no
I do realise that if there were absolute proof there would be no need for faith, and much less room for character development.

Absolutism is not important. It is enough to be as sure as one needs to be. In my case, that applies only to me. Everyone else can believe what they like.
