hunsareretards:
I don't see how NOT agreeing with religion makes me "pseudo-religious". I maintain the OPINION (notice I don't use the word "believe" because belief has nothing to do with a logical thought process) that proper science can explain the earth, the universe, and everything. We have sufficient knowledge to be able to rule out supernatural phenomena already, and we will someday have so much information that today's religions will be viewed as Roman gods are viewed today.

Sorry, the burden of proof is on those who believe, not those who do not.

I think you will find that "Santa" is based on a real person,i think you will also find that you can't prove God does'nt exist{ so you must believe by faith alone that he does'nt exist} which makes you Psuedo religious,which all in all makes your question moot.

@Herschel K...

You are confused dude,Christians live by grace not the commandments.

@Human"I don't see how NOT agreeing with religion makes me "pseudo-religious"

Well little missy i dont agree with Religion either,but you claim God does not exist which is a totally different kettle of fish altogether.Now if you can show me evidence that God does'nt exist i will apologise..if not your question is moot.

Christians are weird. They believe in an imaginary man who lives up in the sky and monitors the activities of billions of people every single minute of every single day looking for violations of the 10 commandments. But he loves them, loves them dearly but, quite surprisingly, always needs money! You would think a powerful dude like the godinator could do so much miracle stuff that he could open some company-owned cash begging stores and not have to rely on his TV Preacher dealer network. Go figure.

Athiests just come across as generally hostile towards the concept of God and especially hostile towards the idea of organized religion. I'm not saying all atheists come across that way (lots are clearly respectful of differing beliefs), but many think it is a sport to piss off Christians, giving the rest of atheists a bad name (and yes, I'm aware that there are Christians who like to bait atheists).

Anyway, there's my $0.02

Actually, I do hate Santa -- traumatic experience as a kid, long story. But I believe in God also, so I guess my opinion doesn't really count! I'm not a Christian, though.
