well first no. You can plea with the DA, which is always reccommended. Usually you will plead guilty to a lower offense especially since this is your first offense. What you do is go to the town clerk before your apperance date and tell him/her you would like to plea bargin with the DA, and then work from there. The other option is talk to a lawyer. Find one of those lawyers who do traffic violations they usually charge 100 to 150 dollars, but in the long run it is better than having to pay a speeding fine going to traffic school and then having your insurance rates go up.

Pay the ticket, go to traffic school and be glad the cop did not cite you for reckless driving, which here in KY is anything more than 24 mph faster than posted limits.

pay the fine (guilty/no contest plea) and go to traffic school. ask your insurance agent or the judge if the traffic school will take points off your drivers license or take the ticket off your record, sometimes they do and sometimes you have to find the correct school that will allow for this.

unquestionably no, submit to in techniques this cost ticket is in basic terms a summoms to checklist to courtroom, in case you touch the DA, he can in basic terms have the officer re-situation you a clean cost ticket. If the blunders replaced into in basic terms a minor variety situation, and the officer identifies you because of the fact the driving force, I doubt it would end the cost ticket. submit to in techniques site visitors courtroom is alot greater lack in regulations of methods and each and each courtroom choose ( submit to in techniques they each and each have what they permit and do't enable) So as quickly as the jduge unearths you not to blame, you may not be re-ticketed, yet upto that element you ought to be.
