I was informed that my e-mail address was chosen to win some money in a UK Lottery. I was then informed that I would have to pay for a courier to deliver my winnings. Is this so?

The only lottery in the UK is the National Lottery, and they have published information on their site about email scams which abuse their name. If you didn't buy a ticket, you didn't win.

If you ARE lucky enough to buy a winning ticket in the UK National Lottery, you would not have to pay to have your winnings delivered. That's one of the ways you can tell this is a scam :-)
