I am a married woman who is interested in a younger coworker of mine and have been hinting to him that I am no longer in love with my husband and is thinking about separting from him. Before I told him my situation I had hypothetically asked him if he really like a girl and found that she was married would he date her and he has said no that he didn't want to be a homewrecker. I know he kind of likes me because I catch him staring at me and he teases me alot but probably don't want to persue it because I am married. Please don't give me advice that I shouldn't cheat on my husband. All I want to know is if he is interested because I really like him. How can I tell if he is interested because he is really shy making it difficult to tell. There are signs that I know he likes me but at the same time he would tell me he thinks random girls are hot, what does that mean? Is he telling me this because he is not interested in me or is he testing me to see how I would react?

He is probably interested in you, but he is scared to let you know that since you are married. He may also be afraid of rumors at work, if it comes out that you two hooked up when you are married. He is just protecting himself. It is probably very bad to mix an affair with work in that situation.

Seriously, since he told you he doesn't want to be a homewrecker I don't think its going to matter until your divorced or seperated. But flirt with him, tell him your free this weekend and would you like to meet for a drink. i'd say he's saying that to you to see how you would react.

He's looking for a reaction from you - and letting you know that he is into girls. If you ask him out for coffee, I doubt that he's refuse.

However, for practical reasons, I don't recommend affairs with co-workers.
