Google for tuxedoes, and, when it comes up with the names of some tux shops, check to see if they also have some in Canada..
or, the US, if you're in Canada..

You could always have the out of towner find a local dress or tux shop and have them measured there and have their measurements called in to your local shop. Most of those type of shops do that as common courtesy for each other. And they have to travel to your destination anyway, right? Their tux will just be there before they are.

I think afterhours should have one in Canada, but i know they do have one in the United States.
