Should one practice what one preaches? Perhaps, but it is the nature of human beings that what they say is oftentimes so different from what they do. If anything; through process of self-examination, one should arrive at a thorough understanding of what one really does. Then, based upon that underderstanding, one should preach.

What one speaks says very little about one's reality; what one does says everything.
